When can I place an order?

Our special sale partnering with EQL for Shimmering Skies begins August 9th, 2024 at 9am Pacific. Our special sale partnering with EQL will end on August 20th at 9pm Pacific.

When will my order ship?

For our Shimmering Skies sale, orders will begin shipping on August 23rd.

Who is EQL and why has Ravensburger partnered with them for this release?

EQL is a third-party commerce platform that helps manage the launch of products in high demand. EQL helps us stop the bots and deliver a fair launch, getting products into the hands of more fans.

How do I participate?

Step 1: Follow the links to the EQL entry form from our official website, or click here: https://lorcana.ravensburger.us/en-US/us

Step 2: Log in to your EQL account. If you do not have an EQL account, you will need to create one.

Step 3: Provide shipping and payment details.

Step 4: Verify your entry.

Step 5: Hit the “submit” button. Congrats! Your entry is now registered in the launch.

Am I charged to enter the launch?

No, you are not charged to enter and no hold is placed on your card. EQL requires payment information to help verify your identity and to use in case you are selected so that your order can be submitted. Please note: having your entry selected does not guarantee your order.

Can I cancel my entry before the release window closes?

Yes, but only if the release window has not closed. If you want to cancel your entry before the release window closes, return to the launch page while logged in and click on “Cancel my entry” then follow the prompts. If you cancel your entry before the release window closes, you will not be charged and you may lose your opportunity to purchase any product from the release.

Can I cancel my entry after the release window closes?

Unfortunately, you cannot withdraw your entry once the release window closes. Once an entry is confirmed, it means that you agree to purchase the product should your order be approved.

Can I enter the launch multiple times?

We want everyone to have a fair chance of entering the launch and getting the products they love. Therefore, only one entry per person, per product will be allowed. If there is another brand or retailer carrying the same product, you may enter their launch as well without being penalized by EQL.

How do I know if my entry was successful?

If you are selected in the launch you will be alerted via email. You will also receive an additional email with the order confirmation for the item you bought. Order fulfillment and delivery will be provided in accordance with the Ravensburger terms & conditions.

Why was my entry not successful?

If your entry was not successful, it means that your entry was not selected.

My entry was selected but my order was not processed. Why?

Having your entry selected does not guarantee an order. Sometimes orders are rejected because your method of payment failed – whether it was flagged for suspected fraud, insufficient funds, or incomplete information.

Unfortunately, at this time EQL does not send a failed payment email, but you may receive one from your financial institution. Ravensburger is unable to hold inventory for consumers when their payment fails to process so the orders are rejected.

How does my EQL order appear on my bank statement?

Your bank statement will reflect the charge as "RVG LORCANA US."

I received multiple charges for the same order. How can I resolve this?

Occasionally, you may observe multiple charges as a result of winning multiple items. However, it's important to note that the shipping fee is combined into the first transaction. Should you require assistance in clarifying or resolving multiple charges, you are encouraged to reach out to EQL's service team for clarification.

I made an error entering my credit card information. How can I update it?

We understand mistakes happen. Unfortunately, once credit card details are submitted, they cannot be altered. To update your payment information, you'll need to cancel your existing order and re-enter your new preferred payment details when placing your order again.

How can I update my shipping address for my EQL order?

Once your order has been submitted, your shipping address cannot be modified. During the launch period, if you need to change your shipping address, the best course of action is to cancel your current order and place a new one with the correct address.

When will I receive tracking information for my EQL order?

Tracking details will be promptly sent to you via email as soon as your order is prepared to leave our warehouse.

How can I request a refund for my EQL order?

If you find yourself in a situation where you've won an item but now require a refund, please reach out to our customer service team. They will assist you in initiating the refund process.

I confirmed my order, but now I want a refund. How can I proceed?

Should you have confirmed your order, and the payment has been processed, requesting a refund will involve contacting EQL's service team. They will guide you through the necessary steps to facilitate the refund process smoothly. Alternatively, if you've entered but not yet been selected as a winner, you have the option to cancel your order through the EQL platform.

Can I modify my EQL order to add or subtract items?

All submitted orders are final. If you need to make changes to your order, the best course of action is to cancel your existing order and resubmit it with the desired amendments. This ensures accuracy and completeness in your order details

What’s the Run Fair® Fee?

If you’ve ever joined an EQL launch before, you’ve seen their tech at work. You will only pay the Run Fair® fee if you win, and if your purchase of the relevant product is completed. The Run Fair® fee is based on the price of the product, starting at $1.99, and most commonly between 2.5% - 5%.

Who charges the fee? What shows up on my bank statement? Where do I find my invoice?

The fee is charged by EQL and will appear as a separate charge from EQL in your bank statement.

Why do only winners pay?

The fee is only charged to those who successfully and fairly secure a product through an EQL launch. EQL does not think it's right that everyone should have to pay just for the chance to participate or to increase their chances for future launches.

An invoice for your fee will be included along with your winner email.

What happens if there is a problem with my order after it arrives?

If your order is canceled after you’ve already paid the Run Fair® fee, please email support@eql.com and our partners at EQL will process a refund.
