Is it possible to back up all the tracks I’ve created or downloaded in the GraviTrax app? 


Yes! Upload the tracks to receive a code that you can share. You can use these codes on a new or second mobile phone to download the tracks again. You can also restore a PRO purchase as long as you use the same Android or iOS account.

Will the PRO version of the app ever be available for free?


As you have probably already noticed, the GraviTrax® app offers a high-quality user experience. Comparable apps can often cost several pounds. We’re delighted that we can continue to offer many of the features of the app for free, but the addition of the PRO elements requires constant maintenance and so it is necessary for us to charge a small fee for customers wanting to use these features.

What are the codes in the advent calendar for?


In our GraviTrax Advent Calendars you will find one GraviTrax® component per day, as well as an activation code for our app almost every day. You can download the standard app free of charge from both the Apple App Store and Google Play. (Please note that if you wish to use the PRO version of the app, there is a charge of £1.69 but this is not necessary in order to use the codes from the GraviTrax Advent Calendar.) 

You can enter one of the activation codes in our GraviTrax® app (press the download button in the lower left corner). Each code gives the opportunity to download a different track-design blueprint – this may not necessarily include the component you have received in the calendar on that day. We hope the downloaded track suggestions will give you inspiration, and we hope you’ll go ahead and make your own modifications and design variations.

Please take care to enter the activation code correctly. You will know if you have entered it correctly, as a green box labeled "Loaded Track 1"  will appear in the tracks menu. Open the track blueprint by tapping the green box. Now tap on the save icon in the top left corner of the track view and select the ‘save’ option in the pop-up. Now you can rename the saved track if you would like.

If you have lost the activation codes, we will be happy to send them to you again. Contact our service team for this.
