Are batteries included in the product?

No, batteries are not included in the product.

Which batteries need to be inserted?

The action bricks of the POWER line require AAA batteries with a maximum voltage of 1.5 volts .

How many batteries do the power elements need?

The starter, switch, lever, and elevator elements each require two batteries.

The controller, trigger, and finish trigger require only one battery .

Can you also use rechargeable batteries?

Rechargeable batteries can be used; however, the maximum voltage of 1.5 volts should not be exceeded .

Do the power elements switch off automatically?

If not in use, the device enters sleep mode after 10 minutes to save energy. The power elements are turned on and off at the touch of a button.

How do you program the stones?

For the Power Bricks to communicate with each other, they must be set to the same channel. There are three different channels (red, green, blue) to choose from, which can be selected at the touch of a button.

How does the Gravitrax® Power Connect app work with the elements?

A more detailed explanation can be found here.

How do you decouple the green transmitter from the green receiver so that it is only controlled via the app?

To control the transmitter and receiver purely with the app, the following mode must be activated in the app:

What is the difference between sender and receiver?

Transmitter blocks send signals, and receiver blocks receive them.
The controller, trigger, and finish trigger elements are transmitters. When a ball rolls through a trigger, a signal is sent to the selected channel. The controller allows the player to send a signal themselves. The starter, switch, and lever elements, on the other hand, are receivers. If they are set to the same channel as the transmitter, they receive the transmitted signal and trigger an action.

What are autonomous elements?

Autonomous elements do not communicate with other elements. When switched on, a white light illuminates. When a ball approaches, they activate automatically. The elevator and the lever are both autonomous elements. However, the lever can also become a receiver element by setting it to a colored channel.

Can you connect two receivers together?

No , two receivers cannot be linked together. They always need a signal from a transmitter to trigger an action.

What is the function of the waiting stone?

The queue block is installed in front of the lever or elevator element. It allows multiple balls to arrive at the element from different directions at the same time and be collected in a "queue." When a ball is picked up by one of the two elements, the next ball rolls up and is also transported further. Its incline also prevents the waiting balls from rolling back into the track while waiting.

What should be considered when using the lever?

With the lever, a ball is launched to a height of up to four building blocks. To ensure the ball continues rolling smoothly after the element, it's best to install a straight track. With a curve, there's a risk that the ball will hit the edge of the track and fly out of it. Placing a stop block in front of the lever is also recommended .

What should be considered when using an elevator?

The Elevator element should not be placed in direct sunlight, as otherwise the sensor cannot reliably detect an incoming ball. If this happens, the Elevator will start flashing and will not trigger any further action until it has been reset and is no longer in direct sunlight. Additionally, as with the Elevator element, we recommend placing a stop stone in front of the Elevator .

Why is the element flashing?

There are three possible reasons why an element might be flashing.
Reason 1: The bricks' batteries are almost empty and need to be replaced.

Reason 2: Something is jammed in the element and preventing the action from being triggered. The jammed part must be removed. The brick can then be reset and restarted at the touch of a button.

Reason 3: Special case for the elevator element. The elevator is in direct sunlight . As a result, it can no longer detect the approaching ball. As a warning, it starts flashing.

Why is the controller not responding?

Check the slider on the bottom of the controller. If the controller is turned on and still doesn't respond, the batteries may need to be replaced .

Why do the stones have a different color?

The stones are manufactured in different production facilities and consist of a different base material , therefore they have a different color.

How does the Gravitrax® Power Element Light 27467 work? Does it require an app?

The Gravitrax® Power Element Light works completely independently of other Gravitrax® products. No  app is required .

All you need to do is insert working batteries (3* AAA). Then you press the button, the light comes on, the colors alternate and the light shines in rainbow colors.

If you press the button several times in a row, the following happens, as explained in the instructions (p.4):

Press twice Color = red

Press 3 times Color = green

Press 4 times Color = blue

Press 5 times Color = white

Press 6 times, light goes out
